General Policies For Small Group Program/Course enrollment, we do NOT offer makeups, credits, or refunds for any missed dates, for participant schedule changes after enrollment, no-shows, or prorate for advanced notice of absences. Please be sure of your schedule. For private and group lesson enrollment, cancellation is allowed up to 24 HOURS before the class for a credit minus the court reservation fee. No-shows and/or failure to notify will forfeit any eligible credit. There are NO REFUNDS. We reserve the right to refuse service.
