Refund Policy - the basics

​Enrollment in any services offered by FA2 constitutes acceptance of all terms stated in this agreement.
 

1. General Policies

​

• For Tennis Camp enrollment, we do NOT offer makeups, credits, or refunds for any missed dates, no-shows, or prorate for advanced notice of absences. Please be sure of your schedule.
   

• For  private and group lesson enrollments, cancellation of scheduled classes is allowed up to 24 HOURS before the class for a store credit minus any applicable court rental fees, which are still owed and deducted from your credit balance. No-shows and/or failure to notify will forfeit any eligible credit.
   

•  We reserve the right to refuse service.
   

• There are NO REFUNDS.
